Chiropractic is a philosophy and system of adjusting the spinal column by hand to remove nerve interference, thereby, restoring the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

A chiropractic adjustment is given to move a bone out of its normal position back into its normal position. A misalignment is called a subluxation. A quick thrust with low force will move the segment back into place. Adjustments can be done to arms and legs also.
